Senior Citizen Home Safety Association ('SCHSA') was founded in 1996 as a non-profit charitable organisation with a self-financing model. Today it is one of the most established social enterprises in Hong Kong. SCHSA provides Care-on-Call Service, a comprehensive 24/7 support service in the territory consisting of emergency aid, integrated care, around-the-clock vigilance service, health management, active ageing services and day-to-day living assistance. Our mission is to enable all service users to age in place with a quality life by incorporating technology and innovation in our people-centric services.

Provide caring call, perform health-related assessment and offer relevant intervention to the users / caregivers
Cater outbound caring call and render health advice to service users
Arrange clinic / hospital appointment for service user if needed
Work closely with different parties for cases follow up
Make referral to the social worker when social support is required
Conduct training to staff, patient and caregivers
Assist in drafting training materials
Provide outreaching and on-site service to the users / caregivers when necessary
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Diploma in health care and above with a valid Practicing Certificate issued by an recognized institution
Minimum 2 years practical experience in health care industry
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese or English, candidate can speak Indonesian / Thai / Filipino is preferred
Service-oriented and caring attitude are primary attributes
Candidate with experience in training or community service is in advantage
May require to work in shift, weekend and public holiday; but NO Night shift is required
Able to build strong relationship with people at all levels
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
Fast learner, good team player & able to work under pressure independently
