Descriptions
5-day work week
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required
Bachelor of Nursing is required
Applicants must hold Hong Kong Registered Nurse license and current practicing certificate
Current ACLS is required and related specialty training
At least 3 years of working experience in Intensive Care Unit
Rotation shift duty is required and weekend & holiday duty is necessary
Good communication skills are essential
Demonstrates good interpersonal and independent problem solving skills
Support the smooth running of clinical services and safe care to patients
Maintain good communication with doctor, patients and carers
Assist the Nursing Officer for the administrative needs of the unit
Maintains and enhance nursing practice standards through participation in quality improvement programs
To participate in Duty Manager's role to handle different situations in the hospital in specified shifts
