Administrative Officer (Admin. & Health Projects)

We are looking for high caliber, dynamic and innovation candidate for the above post to serve our organization.

Descriptions

Major Responsibilities :

  • Identify areas that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the services rendered to residents while executing their requests, and helping drive such improvements.
  • Take part in project conceptualization, managing and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure projects and activities are delivered on time, within budget and with high executive standards.
  • Assist in planning, organizing and testing of any agreed service processes and system changes.
  • Ensure all project deadlines are met and quality standard maintained, keeping all the relevant parties well informed of the progress.
  • Promote service efficiency, service improvement and expense reduction.
  • Demonstrate a high level of expertise in functional and professional operations that brings full benefits to support service units.

Requirements :
  • A bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' working experience in health care institutions. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Administrative Officer.
  • Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • A proactive team player with good inter personal skills, as well as strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
