Major Responsibilities :
Identify areas that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the services rendered to residents while executing their requests, and helping drive such improvements.
Take part in project conceptualization, managing and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure projects and activities are delivered on time, within budget and with high executive standards.
Assist in planning, organizing and testing of any agreed service processes and system changes.
Ensure all project deadlines are met and quality standard maintained, keeping all the relevant parties well informed of the progress.
Promote service efficiency, service improvement and expense reduction.
Demonstrate a high level of expertise in functional and professional operations that brings full benefits to support service units.
A bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' working experience in health care institutions. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Administrative Officer.
Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
A proactive team player with good inter personal skills, as well as strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
