Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (SCHSA) is one of the most established social enterprises in Hong Kong with a self-funded operating model and charity status. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of the elderly by facilitating home-based living. We leverage technology to offer people-centric services through innovation. We provide 24/7 support through our Call and Care Service (「一線通平安鐘 TM」服務), a call-based emergency assistance and personal care service designed for the elderly community in Hong Kong.

Job Description :
Report directly to CEO
Responsible for Fund-raising strategy formulation and implementation
Develop new sources of donation (both online and off-line)
Grow network of individuals, corporates, and foundations
Develop and manage donor relationship
Develop strategy and operating plan for Community Education including Life Journey Centre
Perform any additional duties as required by CEO from time to time
Over 10 years of fund-raising experience in another NGO or social enterprise
Solid track record of growing both organization and results of fund-raising team
Strong managerial, planning and communication skills
Extensive network in the fund-raising community
Self-starter, mature and personable
Bachelor degree or above
Passion for making social impact
