Administrative Officer - Head Office



Job Ref : AO-HO

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing insurance, rental matters, administrative work of the Head Office, such as: maintenance, department document delivery, etc.
  • Provide advice and support to all levels of employees on human resources matters
  • Work with the managers / in-charge to source and select the best candidates for the positions
  • Maintain HR Information to ensure all employee data and records are up-to-date and accurate, and upkeep the entire HR procedure
  • Work closely with finance to prepare monthly payroll
  • Support Association committee or working group work, such as: meeting documents, assisting and analyzing the collection of information, contact with relevant parties
  • Analyse data and compile reports and statistics for management decision
  • Responsible for association events such as AGM

Entry requirements :
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' relevant Human Resources experience
  • well versed in Hong Kong employment law and the regulatory / legal requirements
  • Good problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and able to form effective working relationship with people at all levels
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
