Assistant Manager of Advocacy and Community Research

AIDS Concern is the first NGO committed to the service of AIDS care in Hong Kong. We are recruiting a dedicated and passionate person to join us as.


Responsibilities :

  • Lead the Advocacy and Community Research Team
  • Develop and manage the Team's advocacy plans and programmes on AIDS / HIV and anti-stigma topics
  • Proposal and report writing in accordance to agency's policy and position needs on community research, stakeholder mobilisation, legal and policy issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other NGOs, academics, government officials and other related bodies working on advocacy and community research

Requirements :
  • Degree in Political, Public Policy, Public Health or Communications disciplines
  • Min. 5 years' experience in programmes or advocacy with supervisory exposure
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to network and communicate with parties concerning our advocacy topics
  • More experienced candidate may be considered as Manager of Advocacy and Community Research
