Administration Division


  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Building Engineering Services / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years solid and relevant A&A / Fitting out/Renovation works experience
  • Computer knowledge preferable, e.g. Autocad, MS Office and Photoshop etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversant with both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Assist the Unit Head of Project in overseeing agency-wide Fitting out / Minor Renovation works project and construction management and contract administration management
  • Responsible for Fitting out / Minor Renovation works project implementation and their delivery within the defined schedule, safety, cost and quality standards of the assigned project
  • Design and prepare minor projects drawings
  • Liaise and collaborate with end-users, government authorities, external consultants, contractors and internal services divisions etc.
