The appointee will be responsible for (a) handling a wide range of human resources management functions; (b) performing general liaison and project work; (c) providing committee services; (d) handling office administration; (e) providing recruitment and staff review support; and (f) supervising and coaching supporting staff.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo ; (iii) at least 2 years' post-qualification administrative and/or human resources management experience; (iv) an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (v) the ability to work under tight timelines with a positive attitude; (vi) strong communication and analytical skills; and (vii) proficiency in computer applications, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Relevant experience at tertiary institutions is preferred.

Appointment will be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
