Human Resources & Administration Officer / Administrative Officer



Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality executive and administrative support to Division Head and Senior Management, e.g. prepare budget and various correspondence, reports and meeting materials; take minutes and follow-up after the meetings, etc
  • Manage daily support operations of Head Office and agency vehicle services, and provide full spectrum of central admin services to service units
  • As a key officer of HR & Admin Division for handling of various HR and admin functions, e.g. staff recruitment, orientation and on-boarding, insurance and work injury administration, co-ordination of agency events and staff activities, etc; and
  • Perform any other necessary duties as assigned by the Seniors

Requirements :
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related disciplines
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills with internal and external parties at all levels
  • Proactive, meticulous, well-organised, solution-oriented, and able to work independently with multi-tasking ability
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Preferably with minimum 5 years' experience in handling of all-rounded office administration with exposure to human resource duties
