Perform technical set-up and provide induction training classes and help-desk service of the knowledge management platform for staff
Develop and update e-Learning videos and mini e-learning package
Provide KM platform usage statistics/audit log and application sharing
Assist to plan and implement Community of Practice and other new knowledge management initiatives, explore new features and solutions for better KM representation and usage
Assist to perform planning tasks under corporate strategic plan, quality management and innovation projects as assigned
University degree holder in information management, knowledge management, computer science, social science or communications
Minimum 2 years' working experiences in knowledge management, preferably in NGO sector
Professional in KM portal management and taxonomy maintenance, able to produce e-learning video or online learning materials
Knowledge on SharePoint is an advantage
Previous experience to lead Community of Practice & Knowledge Café, deliver training sessions and/or program/event coordination is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
A good team player and able to manage projects independently
