Executive Officer (Ref : 201801612) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' solid administrative work experience; an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; effective communication and organizational skills; evidence of leadership; good computer skills; the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines; and be able to work independently and in a team. They should also be sensible, responsible and attentive to details. The appointee will provide executive services to the Dean, serve as secretary in meetings; provide general administrative support to the Faculty Office; and perform any other duties as assigned.
