The Caritas Institute of Community Education (CICE) is constituent college of Caritas Community Education Service dedicated to providing high quality academic, vocational and professional programmes to students and working adults to support their lifelong learning initiatives.

The appointee is responsible for providing clerical and administrative service support to the Operations System and Quality Management Division of the CICE. Major functions of the Division include student admissions and registration, academic services and record management to support programme operations, as well as maintenance of documented information for the Quality Assurance System of the Institute.
Applicants should (a) have a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of work experience; (b) have good command of English and Chinese and proficiency in MS Office applications; (c) be able to perform a wide variety of administrative functions which includes student admission, programme management, and placement services; and (d) preferably have knowledge and past experience in the use and improvement of information/record management systems for educational programmes.
