Public Communications Event Assistant

Descriptions

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle general enquiry from public
  • Provide clerical support includes: data entry, data updates, data analysis
  • Provide donor services to maintain maximum donor satisfaction
  • Support the implementation of marketing / fundraising events
  • Manage the stock and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Provide general administrative support, sometimes need to work outside the office

Requirements :
  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration / Office Management / Secretarial or related
  • Minimum 2 years solid hands-on office administration experience / activities' co-ordination
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and Chinese word-processing is a must
  • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
  • Detail oriented, team player with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Passionate, energetic, self-motivated and outgoing personality
  • Good with Photoshop, AI and InDesign system is preferred
  • Experience in NGO is preferred

We offer 5-day working.
