Clerk II (Ref : 201801401) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A / Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, plus at least 3 years' relevant work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage. Proficiency in common computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing is required. Applicants should also have good interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, and be mature and self-motivated. The appointee will provide support to programme administration, assist in promotional events, and perform any other duties as assigned. Those who have higher qualifications may be offered the functional title of Executive Assistant.
