University Health Service (Ref : 18081711-IE)

The appointee will be required to (a) assist in planning and implementing campus-wide health promotion functions including health education activities, campaigns and related programmes; (b) provide various clinical nursing services including vaccination service and assist in administrative duties related to health education activities; (c) assist in providing follow-up and advice to clients in Mental Wellness Clinic, Women's Health Clinic and Travel Health Clinic; (d) assist in on-call service for all first aid and emergency care within the campus during office hours, if necessary; and (e) assist in supervising and training subordinates to carry out routine clinic duties.

Applicants should have (a) a Certificate of Enrolment (Part I) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong; (b) at least five years of post-registration nursing experience, preferably in community health or public health setting and health promotion related experience; (c) a good command of both English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua; (d) proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office; and (e) good communication and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to those with a valid and recognised training certificate(s) in the operation need of University Health Service.

Remuneration and Conditions of Service :
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointments will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement. Applicants should state their current and expected salary in the application.
