(A) Full-time / Part-time Dental Clinic Assistant (at the rank of Laboratory Assistant) (several posts) (Ref: 201801208) (B) Full-time Patient Care Assistant (at the rank of Clerical Assistant) (Ref.: 201801209) in the Institute for Advanced Dentistry Multi-Specialty Clinic (to commence as soon as possible for one year)
For post (A), applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE; and with at least 5 years' work experience in a dental clinic including chairside assisting. The appointees should assist the operators in the treatment of patients and teaching-related matters; facilitate patient care, administration, supplies and general cleanliness associated with clinics; and perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. For post (B), applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE; and with at least 3 years' relevant work experience, preferably in a dental / medical clinic setting. The appointee should provide administrative support, customer service, and billing services at the reception of the Multi-Specialty Clinic, including patient appointments booking; enquiries handling via telephone, email or in person; invoicing and cashier function at reception; preparation of management reports and data entry; and perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
