Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) (2 posts) (Ref.: 201801195) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' relevant work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; effective inter-personal and organizational skills; outgoing personality and confidence in dealing with people at all levels; the ability to work independently and in a team; good knowledge of PC; IT proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; the ability to perform multi-tasks; and proficiency in Chinese word processing. For post A, the appointee will provide clerical support to general central administration and committees, handle HR and finance matters, and perform other duties as assigned. For post B, the appointee will provide clerical support to special community / research projects coordination, assist in event planning and implementation, and perform other duties as assigned.
