The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) performing optometric tasks for clinical services and research projects, with participations in community outreach projects and research projects; and (b) performing ophthalmic investigative procedures on a need basis, such as confocal microscopy, multi-focal ERG, optical coherence tomography and fundus photography. On-the-job training will be provided. Good training and professional development will be available.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree in Optometry; (ii) an Optometrists Board Certificate of Registration (Part I); and (iii) a self-motivated, hardworking and honest attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Appointment will be made on a contract basis for 1 to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year full-time contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
