Office of Dean of Business
The appointee is expected to (a) provide clerical support to the Office; (b) assist in logistic arrangements of functions and events; (c) provide support to committee work; (d) answer general enquiries and liaise with internal and external users; (e) handle database management; and (f) assist in ad-hoc projects and performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have completed diploma or associate degree with at least two years of related work experience. Sound computer application including Excel, English and Chinese Word-processing is required. He/She should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be an excellent team player.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
