Customer Service Representative (Work in Concierge)

Hong Kong Adventist Hospital - Tsuen Wan is the private non-profit Christian hospital with international accreditation, has been serving its community since 1964. Our new 470 bed hospital building features an award-winning design, significantly more space and a comfortable, hotel-style environment. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated qualified personnel for the above position(s).
Descriptions
- Post-secondary education or above
- At least 1-2 years relevant experiences in customer service
- Experience in medical services / hospitality field would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer services orientation
- Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good computer skills
- Shift duty is required
