Degree or above in Social Work with experience in elderly community setting
At least 5-8 years related working experience are preferred and of which at least 3 years or above in managerial position
Ability to oversee the planning & implementation of aging in place community services, and monitoring the daily service operation of the unit
Qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization
Good team player yet with abilities to work independently with initiative
Building up community networks with external significant stakeholders and mobilize available resources for the benefits of the service
Aligning the staff with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Haven of Hope
