Descriptions
Responsibilities :
Offer technical assistance to end-users while ensuring seamless IT operations
Manage and enhance server support, security infrastructure, network devices, and video conferencing solutions
Drive the implementation and adherence to stringent security policies, guidelines, and corporate standards
Address system incidents and service requests promptly and effectively
Assist in system installations, configurations, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance tasks
Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and inventory controls for operational efficiency
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in IT or related fields
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in system infrastructure and security support
Proficient in infrastructural setup, intrusion detection systems, and data backup procedures
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities and end-user support skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Novell OES, and Linux is advantageous
Willingness to work shift duties, including Sundays and Public Holidays
Additional experience will be recognized with the title of Senior System Support Officer
