To cope with the company development, we are now seeking for the professional incumbent to fill the above position.
Descriptions
Responsibilities :
Provide end-users technical support and maintain IT operations
Perform support & administration on servers, security appliances, networking devices, and video conference solutions
Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, processes, guidelines, and related corporate standards establishment
Responding to and resolving system-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner
Assisting with system installations, configurations, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting guides and inventory control
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree holder in IT related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in system infrastructure and security support
Knowledge of infrastructural installation, intrusion detection systems, and data backup
Proficiency in end users support and troubleshooting skill
Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server, Novell OES and Linux is an advantage
Shift duty is required including Sunday and Public Holiday
More experience will be regarded as Senior System Support Officer
