    MPUP is an interdisciplinary programme designed to meet the needs of leaders and professionals who have the aspiration to make a difference in government, NGOs, and all related sectors and the programme is:
    - Taught by a distinctive team of scholars and practitioners to equip students with integrative knowledge and essential professional skills;
    - Emphasizing knowledge in policy-making and providing unique insights into major policy areas, such as social policy, economic policy, environmental policy, and urban development; and
    - Offered entirely in English, aiming to attract students around the globe who have the aspiration to create positive changes in society.

    Potential applicants of MPUP include:
    - Individuals who are currently working or have an interest to work in the public sector;
    - Professionals who have frequent contacts with the government sectors; and
    - Individuals who find knowledge of policy-making beneficial for their intellectual growth and professional development.

    Applicants should fulfill both the Academic Qualifications and the English Language Proficiency Requirements set by the Graduate School of The Chinese University of Hong Kong before they are admitted. Please refer to the website of the Graduate School at for details.
