    Programme Objectives
    1) For beginners in counselling:

    2) For practitioners with experience in counselling:
    - Critical re-examination of counselling theories and the "theory-practice" link
    - Continuous professional reflection
    - Reflectivity and reflexivity in practice
    - Theorizing from practice and constructing practice knowledge
    - Developing cultural sensitivity and appreciation of client knowledge and strength
