    MSSDS offers advanced training development theory and practice with special emphasis on recent and contemporary development experiences in East Asia. Students will engage major theoretical and policy debates and enhance their skills and competencies for employment across a range of relevant fields.
    This programme is designed for:
    Graduates from disciplines of relevance to Development Studies, including:
    -Asian Studies
    -East and Southeast Asian Studies
    -International Studies
    -Political Science
    -Public and Social Administration
    -Sociology, including Applied Sociology

    Mid-career professionals working in development-related fields, including:
    -Business firms/Corporations
    -Educational institutions
    -Governmental organizations

    -Non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
    -Non-profit organizations
    -Research organizations

    24 credits to receive an Master degree (study 6 core courses and 2 elective courses), one year full-time or two years part-time
