School of Chinese Medicine
(A) Chinese Medicine Clinic Receptionist / Chinese Medicine Clinic Assistant (Ref : 201701270) (B) Clerical Assistant (Ref : 201701286) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)
For post (A), Applicants should have completed secondary school education, with at least 3 years' frontline work experience. They should be fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua, proficient in Chinese word processing and possess knowledge of PC and software applications. Those with proficiency in spoken English, formal training in customer service or work experience in an outpatient clinic, and certificates in the field of healthcare would have an advantage. For post (B), Applicants should have completed secondary school education, with at least 3 years' work experience. They should be mature, responsible and hardworking with good interpersonal skills. The appointee will provide general clerical support to the admin. office of the School, including secretarial work, attending reception counter, handling telephone enquiries, preparing meeting documents, duplicating / filing documents, etc., and perform any other duties as assigned.
