(1)Act as the compensation and benefits (C&B) consultant in compensation planning and other compensation related issues that affect the business strategies for the College; (2) Formulate and implement plans to enhance reward system to drive performance-based culture; (3) Conduct job analysis and evaluation for all levels of positions & review internal job grading structure; (4) Assist the Head of HR on the cost analysis and simulations for annual manpower planning and merit planning. Takes a lead on preparing the annual manpower budget and merit spreadsheets; (5) Lead a small team of C&B specialists on market salary surveys to ensure the competitiveness of the remuneration packages; (6) Support the Head of HR on ad-hoc compensation related policies for the College.
(1)Bachelor degree holder preferably major in HRM, Business Administration and any related disciplines; (2) Over 8 years of Human Resources related experience with 5 years in C&B area of sizable companies is an advantage; (3) Strong analytical skills and excellence in software applications; able to work independently; (4) Knowledgeable on the market trends and competitiveness on salary movements; (5) Good interpersonal and communication skills; (6) Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (7) Candidates with less experience may be considered as an Assistant C&B Manager.
